If anyone could spend the last several days with Leah by your side, consider yourself blessed and refreshed. This sweet girl graduated from Heelan High School one year after me. We knew each other simply, but became more acquainted with each other on our choir tour (my senior year, her junior year) when we flew to NYC to sing at Carnegie Hall. It has been 10 years since we’ve talked or had any contact, until she emailed me a few months ago inquiring about the FLASH COURSE! She has been wanting to start a business and take her hobby of photography to a new and productive level. The timing was perfect for both of us. She lives in Cedar Rapids, IA and I was going to be on my 2nd round of Sioux City sessions at the beginning of August! So, my trip was kicked off with a FLASH! Leah was a sponge and a great model in her mini-session… THEN, had the opportunity to shoot one of my booked seniors, Katie, for her Flash Course model!

Leah was totally on her game… and so was our senior model, Katie Bergdale, a North High senior. They have tons of land around their property on the north end of town, so we took full advantage of the property.
