Chance and I were SO smitten with joy (well, maybe just me with my obsession with fruit) when we bought our house last August and saw 4 different fruit trees in our backyard. We didn’t even feel eligible or worthy enough to this house God so generously hand-picked for us, but FRUIT TREES??? God loves us more than we thought
I’ll be honest though… there are indeed 4 fruit trees, but only 3 out 4 bear good fruit. There is an orange, grapefruit, lemon and a partridge in a dead pear tree. SO we have been TOLD it’s a pear tree… the thing is so sadly dead it could’ve once bore small puppies and we wouldn’t know the difference. Good thing it’s off to the side and out of the direct line of sightThe orange, grapefruit and lemon tress, however, are gorgeous and currently in perfect, full bloom.
